SIMEDARBY RB PHEROMONE LURE
An effective & environment friendly product specifically developed for Mass Trapping of Rhinoceros Bettles
SIME RB Pheromone is a slow release formulation of the Oryctes rhinoceros pheromone. It has been developed for use in oil palm or coconut palm plantation to attract rhinoceros bettles to the traps. It has been proven that trapping will reduce bettle population and subsequently, the damage to young oil palm and coconut palms.
Benefits:
-Highly effective for mass trapping of adult bettles (both sexes)
-Trapping will reduce bettle population
-Reduced damage to oil palms and coconut palms as a result of trapping.
-Environment friendly pest control measure.
Trap Density:
-Place 1 trap per 2 hectares for optimum trapping efficiency
Replace the pheromone sachet when bettle catch drops to very low level at about 8-10weeks.
Available Packing : 10 sachet/ pack, 60 sachets/ box
